Replace Spring class path scanning by Google Reflections

Latest version of Reflections is 0.9.5-RC2 from May 2010. Latest released version is 0.9.4 from August 2009. Latest date of changes in trunk is December 29, 2011.

Reflections also can be parallelized with an executor service. This is about six time faster than the spring implementation.

Latest tests show all kinds of problems with Google Reflections. Strangely these problems started as other components started to use java.util.concurrent. Since we get all kinds of hangers we will move away from Google Reflections - it seems to be unstable and not suited for production purposes.
